Vaucluse is a boutique collection of luxury residences in Brisbane’s sought-after suburb of New Farm. Developed in conjunction with Ray White New Farm, TOTO & Co was appointed to lead the brand identity, creative direction, and full marketing suite for launch.
Our brief was to reflect the project’s elevated design and exclusive riverside setting — with a brand that felt timeless, textured, and architecturally aware.



In a saturated prestige apartment market, Vaucluse needed to stand apart — not through loud claims, but through the quiet confidence of detail and execution.
The challenge was to reflect the sophistication of the project without overselling — letting the setting, architecture, and craftsmanship speak through every touchpoint.



We created a refined brand system led by a custom logotype, a calm neutral palette, and tactile design cues inspired by the building’s textures and tone.
Key deliverables included:
- Premium brochures with uncoated stock and gold foiling
- Digital platform design (website, eDMs, social templates)
- CGI storytelling, signage and sales suite collateral
- Campaign messaging in collaboration with Ray White New Farm
The visual language leaned into space, light, and architectural clarity — presenting Vaucluse as both rare and quietly assured.
Vaucluse achieved full sell-out within six months of launch — testament to a brand that resonated deeply with its audience.
