Located on the Burnett Heads Marina, The Gateway Musgrave & Elliot is a premium waterfront apartment development offering uninterrupted views and high-end coastal living. We were engaged to create an identity that felt grounded in luxury while remaining connected to its marina-front surroundings.
The identity needed to feel elevated and timeless, but not overly opulent. It had to speak to both investors and owner-occupiers seeking lifestyle-led homes with architectural merit and marina access — all without resorting to coastal clichés.
We built a brand identity with muted, natural tones, elegant serif typography, and a contemporary coastal mark. This extended across a cohesive suite of touchpoints including signage, editorial brochures, digital platforms, advertising, and physical marketing tools. The design language emphasised light, space, and architectural form, captured with lifestyle-led photography and restrained art direction.
The result is a quietly confident, aspirational brand that stands apart in regional Queensland. It captures the promise of marina-side living without compromising on design integrity — a development that speaks through sophistication and subtlety.
