Monarch Place is a luxury apartment development in the heart of Southport, designed to blend bold architecture with refined elegance. Positioned for owner-occupiers and high-end downsizers, the project needed to assert prestige while remaining approachable.

Toto was engaged to deliver the full creative suite — from branding and campaign design to advertising assets and premium collateral.

Southport is undergoing a transformation — but it’s a market still redefining itself. Our task was to elevate Monarch Place above generic development language and create a brand that embodied grand, coastal prestige without alienating the local demographic.

We also needed to balance timeless design cues with the contemporary confidence of the architecture, and do it across a wide set of media — print, digital, out-of-home, and experiential.

The brand identity was anchored in regal minimalism — a custom logomark (MP) stamped into gold, deep navy and textured white brand tones, and a confident yet elegant type system.

We extended the identity across a lifestyle-led brochure, targeted digital campaign, and high-impact street and transit advertising. Every brand interaction was crafted to feel elevated yet warm — from the monogrammed wrap paper to the custom signage.

Monarch Place launched with standout campaign awareness and strong early enquiry. The brand helped reframe perceptions of Southport and gave the sales team the tools they needed to position the project with confidence and clarity.
