The Koro
The Koro Fiji is a large-scale luxury resort and residential precinct located on the shores of Nadi Bay. Positioned as a modern gateway to paradise, the project required a brand identity that balanced timeless island elegance with strong international investment appeal.


Launching a destination brand of this scale in a competitive tourism and real estate environment meant building trust early. The brand needed to signal architectural sophistication, hospitality warmth, and long-term vision, while appealing to both local pride and overseas buyers.






We developed a full visual identity system and collateral suite built around a refined, modern tropical aesthetic. This included a bespoke brandmark, elegant wordmark, print and digital materials, and branded lifestyle assets such as packaging, signage and merchandise. A custom brand book helped unify internal vision and external expression.
The Koro Fiji brand created an immediate sense of place and aspiration. Its professional rollout across marketing and built form assets positioned the precinct with clarity and confidence as one of Fiji’s landmark developments.
