The Cove is a premium residential precinct within Pelican Waters on the Sunshine Coast, positioned for lifestyle-led owner-occupiers seeking waterfront tranquillity. TOTO was engaged to deliver brand identity, creative direction, and campaign assets for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the development.

Launching a new precinct within a highly competitive coastal market demanded more than generic visuals — the identity needed to convey sophistication and tranquillity, while resonating with an older, design-conscious audience. Stage 2 (Comino) raised the bar further with a more elevated product offering.

TOTO led the creative strategy and execution across all stages — developing a timeless brand identity, visual language and copy system, applied consistently across signage, brochures, site boards, digital comms, campaign creative, sales centre materials, and in-market activations. For Stage 2, we introduced the Comino sub-brand to represent a more refined tier of product, with its own distinct aesthetic while maintaining alignment with the broader precinct.

The campaign generated strong early interest and positioned The Cove as a leading lifestyle precinct within Pelican Waters.
